Brickworks Park, Alderley, Brisbane

Brickworks Park is a new masterplanned community coming soon to Brisbane’s inner north-west and offering a wide range of townhome and low density apartment living. CDL Australia is partnering with an award-winning local team to set a new benchmark for sustainable urban renewal.

Rothelowman: Rothelowman is a national architecture, interiors and urban design practice, with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Equally proficient at designing private luxury homes as mixed residential buildings of all sizes, Principal Architect Jeff Brown brings broad experience to the creation of Brickworks Park. Jeff draws from an award-winning portfolio of national and international work. Interior designer Lyndsey Sheptooha, meanwhile, grew up in suburban Brisbane, providing the perfect foundation for her work on Brickworks Park, crafting a seamless transition between warm interiors and the lush, natural outdoors.

360 Degrees Landscape Architects: Since 2001, the firm has been involved in significant projects for public and private sector clients locally, regionally and internationally. With offices in Brisbane and Sydney, its projects are as diverse as strategic urban masterplans, healing gardens, and private sanctuaries, communal, podium and leisure landscapes. At Brickworks Park, team leader Liam Bowes will showcase what can be achieved with the creation of well-designed green spaces – increasingly needed in cities everywhere.

Position Property: A leading independent property sales agency, Position Property has more than 20 years’ experience and a reputation for high service standards and results. Principal Richard Lawrence has been involved with Brickworks Park from the beginning of the design process, working to ensure the project squarely meets the needs of both owner occupiers and investors.
