CDL Australia creates world-class, sustainable residential and retail spaces

A subsidiary of international real estate company City Developments Limited (CDL), CDL Australia Holdings Pty Ltd (CDL Australia) has made a strong commitment to the local market with four significant build-to-sell residential projects in various stages of development.

The projects include a $130 million masterplanned development called Brickworks Park in Brisbane’s inner north-west, together with three major sites in Melbourne.
