Waterbrook Bowral is CDL Australia’s first luxury retirement living project, located on the site of an historic school in the picturesque NSW Southern Highlands.
The project will deliver 135 deluxe Independent Living Units across a large 17ha site just moments from the Bowral town centre and train station.
As part of the project, existing buildings of the former Our Lady Of The Sacred Heart School are being refurbished and re-purposed to house the community’s resort-style facilities and services.
