Construction of the final two stages of our joint venture Treetops Kenmore project is fast approaching completion and is now expected to be finished by October 2024.
The latest aerial images show the progress at the project over the past 10 months with Stage 1 in the foreground and Stages 2 and 3 sitting behind.
Treetops comprises 96 architecturally designed townhomes with spacious floorplans and outdoor living areas that have appealed to a wide range of buyers due to the luxury of having four bedrooms, double garages and two living areas. Less than a handful of townhomes remain for sale.
With Stage 1 fully completed and sold, attention is focused on the finishing touches for Stage 2, including landscaping, while construction of Stage is also well advanced and nearing completion.
Treetops includes more than 3,000 square metres of environmental green space along its frontage to Moggill Road with the image above showing the substantial growth already taking place.
Besides the retention of existing trees, a further 175 native trees have been planted, along with a further 300 new shrubs and more than 7,000 ground cover plants.
Head of Australia, Cameron Laird, said Treetops Kenmore also included other sustainable features, including solar panels on every townhome roof, EV charging, a light colour scheme for reduced energy use, and recycled raw materials.
“CDL is renowned for its industry-leading commitment to sustainable development so we’re proud to be showcasing many sustainable elements at this Brisbane project,” he said.
“We look forward to the completion of the final stages and welcoming more residents to Treetops Kenmore.”
