Treetops Kenmore grows as first stage nears completion

Treetops Kenmore is shaping up well, following several strong months of construction and fine weather conditions.

Six townhomes in Stage 1 will be close to the lock-up stage as windows and cladding are fitted throughout, while structural work continues for the remaining 18 townhouses.

Stage 2 is also progressing at a good pace, with frames and scaffolding work currently under way.

While civil works for Stage 3 are now complete, earthworks and steel structural work continues to progress well.

With promising weather, Stage 1 is forecast to be completed by the end of 2023 and homes have officially sold-out.

Stage 2 has been selling well, with only a few select homes remaining. Construction is set to be complete by March 2024.

Homes in Stage 3 are now selling and due to be complete by April 2024.

Once Treetops Kenmore is officially complete, the project will provide 96 luxury townhomes, set in one of Brisbane’s most sought-after western suburbs.
