The Marker project rapidly taking shape

CDL Australia’s first Melbourne project,  The Marker in West Melbourne, is quickly taking shape with work on the foundations now in full swing.

A premium mixed-use residential and retail project on Spencer Street,  The Marker will play a major role in the evolution of West Melbourne as a high-end, urban community.

As the latest photos reveal, much of the concrete structure below ground level on the 4,000 square metre site, has already been constructed, on schedule.

Contractors are currently continuing to work on the footings, including the installation of steel reinforcement.

Only moments from Docklands and the CBD, the project will feature 198 residential apartments and a selection of ground floor cafes and retailers anchored by an ALDI supermarket, providing a new standard in convenience and lifestyle.

CDL is developing  The Marker in a joint venture with Lechte Corporation and Crema Group, with support from Plus Architecture and  Three Sixty Property.

With more than 75 per cent of the project sold,  The Marker has enjoyed an outstanding level of interest since sales commenced in mid-2019.

The open-plan apartments have been designed to open out onto expansive balconies to make the most of the panoramic views of the city skyline. Prices range from $545,000 to $1.45m.

CDL Australia has another two DA-approved projects in Melbourne – located in North Melbourne and Fitzroy – in partnership with two highly experienced local development groups.
