The end is in sight for Treetops townhome project

Dozens more residents will be calling Treetops Kenmore home before Christmas with settlements in both Stages 2 and 3 forecast to commence before the end of 2024.

Treetops is setting a new benchmark for townhome living in the sought-after Brisbane suburb with an exceptional range of private resident amenity and the creation of a spectacular environmental green zone.

Project builder Creation Homes continues to make good progress on the remaining construction work, with only minor works remaining on Stage 2 and buyer inspections starting soon.

Progress on the final stage is also going well with all buildings now complete and finishing trades working hard on internal fitouts. Landscaping and fencing works are well advanced.

Treetops features a total of 96 architecturally designed townhomes, each with four bedrooms, a double garage and two living areas, centrally located on an elevated site only 11 km from the Brisbane CBD. Only three townhomes remain for sale.

Resident amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, yoga lawn and barbecue entertaining area.

The project also includes a 3,100 square metre environmental green zone along Moggill Road which has been a major beneficiary of both winter rainfall and unseasonally warm weather.

Many of the 175 native trees planted within this area have grown to a height of more than three metres while the 300 new shrubs and thousands of ground cover plants continue to grow extremely well.

Head of Australia, Cameron Laird, said the green zone not only provided a natural buffer between homes and Moggill Road, but created an attractive outlook for Treetops residents.

“Meanwhile in the coming months, the community’s 2,800 square metre central green spine and other landscaping will start to advance,” he said.

“Upon completion, resident’s will be able to unwind at the end of the day by strolling through this calming space that will be lined with an extensive range of native Australian trees and shrubs.”
