Partners in projects: a look at the creative architects shaping our current projects

As our residential portfolio grows, we’ve partnered with some of the leading visionaries in architecture, to create sustainable, residential destinations.

Build-to-sell

Brickworks Park
Brickworks Park is 100 per cent CDL owned and currently under construction in the Brisbane suburb of Alderley. Rothelowman architects are the creative force behind the design at Brickworks Park. An illustrious architectural practice with projects spanning many industries, including multi-residential, build-to-rent, hotels and hospitality, mixed-use, retirement living and more.

Brickworks Park has been architecturally designed around the iconic Brickworks chimney at the site, celebrating the towering landmark in the Brisbane skyline.

Treetops Kenmore
A joint venture with Metro Group, Treetops Kenmore will bring luxury and sustainability to the Brisbane suburb of Kenmore. Currently under construction, the project is a collaboration with MPS Architects that will deliver 96 luxurious townhouses for families, downsizers and young professionals.

Based in Perth, MPS Architects are a multi-disciplinary firm, bringing to life various large-scale projects including educational facilities and public transport facilities, as well as multi-residential structures and single residential dwellings. Designed with sustainability in mind, Treetops at Kenmore’s homes include various eco-friendly features such as EV chargers and solar power.

Buyers can enjoy a luxurious four-bedroom, double garage town home with two spacious living areas, set in leafy bushland. The project is currently under construction, with the final stage expected to be complete by mid-2024.

Fitzroy Fitzroy
Located in the heart of Melbourne, Fitzroy Fitzroy brings together the rich heritage of innovation and celebrates the eclectic suburb of Fitzroy. A joint venture with Chapter Group and Crema Group, the mixed-use development will include 56 apartments and 5 townhomes, created alongside DKO Architecture.

Founded over 24 years ago, DKO Architecture has a large creative portfolio covering residential, build-to-rent, hospitality and retail, across Australia and New Zealand. As a trusted architect with plenty of experience and creative potential, DKO’s work on the Fitzroy Fitzroy project pays homage to the rich history and innovation of the area, with a focus on retaining the original brick façade to seamlessly blend with the surrounds.
