Official completion for Treetops Kenmore project

The wait is over! The highly anticipated Treetops Kenmore development has officially reached completion, with the remaining residents beginning to settle into their new homes.

This $110 million luxury townhouse project, brought to life by Metro Property Development and CDL, has set a new benchmark for sustainable modern townhouse living in Brisbane.

Located just 11 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and nestled in nature, this premium residential project has redefined townhouse living by seamlessly blending luxury with sustainability. The 96 architecturally designed townhouses showcase modern design and environmental harmony, set among native landscaping – and with view lines to a stunning canopy of Eucalypt treetops.

It becomes the third completed project in our Australian portfolio following on from The Marker residential and urban retail development in West Melbourne and the Ivy & Eve twin tower residential apartments in South Brisbane.
