Innovation and bold thinking on show at City Developments Limited’s residential projects

It takes genuine innovation and a big dose of creativity to conceive of a 600-metre jogging track located around 70 metres above sea level on a rooftop recreation deck joining three residential towers.

But that is exactly what CDL Australia’s global parent company City Developments Limited is delivering at one of its landmark coastal Singapore projects.

Dubbed The Stratosphere, this rooftop recreation deck is a signature feature of the Amber Park development and also includes an exclusive sea-facing gymnasium, yoga deck, spa pool, water feature, lush garden, gourmet dining area and relaxation lounge.

Amber Park is just one example of how the CDL Group is taking apartment living to new heights at a variety of major developments in the pipeline.

Another new project is Sengkang Grand Residences, an iconic integrated development set above a large retail mall, dining precinct, community club, childcare centre and transport interchange in the heart of one of Singapore’s fastest growing areas.

This project features an incredible five themed community clubs, ranging from relaxed dining under the stars to adventure play for children.

CDL’s Boulevard 88 is another spectacular residential project that will provide a remarkable swimming experience via a massive infinity edge pool located at the Level 29 Sky Club rooftop.

The luxurious Sky Club is the crowning glory of this twin tower urban sanctuary, offering residents an exclusive sky-high gymnasium, gourmet dining area, lounge and the extraordinary infinity edge pool.

When not relaxing at the Sky Club, Boulevard 88 residents will be able to host lavish outdoor parties for guests at the enchanting and enlivening Patio Lounge on Level 2.

On Singapore’s west coast, CDL’s Whistler Grand project is another stunning double tower development that will offer more than 60 separate leisure facilities spread across six exclusive clubs.

The lap pool planned for Whistler Grand will be closer to 100 metres in length and be overlooked by a uniquely engineered gymnasium cantilevered above the water.

Other innovative activities will include a climbing wall, aqua flying fox and aqua course designed to keep children entertained, a dedicated Level 30 astronomy observation deck for gazing at the night sky, and tepee tents in the project’s own Glamping Garden.
