Hard demolition work is now under way at CDL Australia’s Brickworks Park project.
Four excavators ranging up to 30 tonnes are currently on site demolishing industrial buildings to make way for the transformation into a stunning new residential neighbourhood in the inner northern Brisbane suburb of Alderley.
A site office has been erected, with major changes to the landscape set to take place over the coming weeks.
The transformation of the iconic site, which spans almost five hectares, is being keenly followed by future residents who are looking forward to calling Brickworks Park home.
Buyers say they can already feel a true sense of community spirit developing and can’t wait to move in and enjoy all that the masterplanned neighbourhood has to offer.
The first stage of the project, located at the historic Brickworks site on Mina Parade, will provide 107 apartments and 25 luxury townhomes in a stunning parkland setting, as well as preserve an iconic 108-year-old chimney as its centrepiece.
Only five kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, the development represents an incredible opportunity to live close to all the conveniences of the inner-city city while enjoying abundant open, green spaces and an extensive array of lifestyle amenities.
