Stage 1 of our Treetops Kenmore project is nearing completion with resident settlements currently under way.
The range of luxurious four-bedroom townhomes have been popular with families and selling rapidly, with the last few homes in Stage 2 and 3 now in market.
A joint venture project with Metro Group, the project was created alongside renowned architects, MPS Architects.
Comprising of 96 thoughtfully designed townhomes with spacious floorplans and plenty of open-living spaces, the project is located in the highly sought-after suburb of Kenmore in Brisbane’s-west.
Head of Australia, Cameron Laird, said the project had reached an exciting construction milestone for CDL Australia.
“We’ve received positive feedback from both residents and the sales team, showing a strong demand for premium, sustainable living in Kenmore and expect to see continued growth into Stage 2 and 3 of the project,” he said.
With Stage 1 now complete, future residents can look forward to moving into a contemporary, sustainable home with solar power, EV car chargers and a light colour scheme used to reduce the need for air conditioning. Recycled raw materials were also incorporated into the project’s cladding sourced from forest floors for greater sustainability.
Kenmore has been a top performer for property, seeing an annual compound growth rate of 3.2% for houses according to Real Estate.com.au. The Kenmore area was also listed among the top 10 safest suburbs in Brisbane in 2023.
As Stage 1 nears completion, construction is progressing well on Stage 2, with completion expected by May 2024 and Stage 3 expected to be complete by June 2024.
