“It’s a large home to maintain. Together with the swimming pool – while fabulous to have – takes a bit of work.’’

“We wanted to be near the train line, and the Newmarket station is just 800 metres away,’’ said Debby.

They are proud owners of an endearing jack Russell-chihuahua cross named Timmy – a rescue dog and the newest member of their family.
“When we found out Brickworks was pet friendly, that was it,’’ said Debby.
Their new home will feature three bedrooms and a study which could double as a fourth bedroom, as well as two bathrooms.
