Construction starts at landmark Brickworks Park neighbourhood
Construction has commenced at CDL Australia’s Brickworks Park neighbourhood, marking a major milestone for the inner north Brisbane project.
The start of demolition works came as almost 100 people attended a special VIP launch event this month amid continued strong interest from apartment and townhome buyers.
Brickworks Park, located at an historic Brickworks site in Alderley, offers an incredibly rare opportunity to purchase just 5km from the CBD in a low density, green setting with a wide range of lifestyle amenities.

The launch event marked the official opening of the onsite display suite, which showcases the style and quality of the future Brickworks Park residences. The display suite at 30 Yarradale Street, Alderley, is now open from 10am – 4pm Wednesday to Saturday, and 10am – 12pm on Sundays.
