City Developments Limited awarded ‘Top Developer’ for fifth consecutive year

CDL Australia’s parent company, City Developments Limited has received the ‘Top Developer’ title for the fifth consecutive year in the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards.

City Developments Limited continues to set the standard for thoughtful, sustainable design throughout its projects across the globe, so it comes as no surprise that the company was recognised in Singapore’s as ‘the ultimate benchmark of excellence in Singapore’s property development’.

In addition to receiving the Top Developer award, City Developments Limited received the following accolades:

The three projects that took out the top spot in their nominated categories – Irwell Hill, Forest Woods and The Tapestry – have all been designed with a focus on nature, flexible spaces and sustainability, much like CDL Australia’s projects.
