CDL Australia's Normanby Road project tops out ahead of schedule

CDL Australia’s Melbourne build-to-rent community has reached a significant milestone, with the structure of the building now complete.

To mark the occasion, a topping out ceremony was held onsite with the project collaborators who helped bring the vision to life.

CDL Australia’s Head of Australia, Cameron Laird said the milestone signals a pivotal step forward for the build-to-rent sector in Melbourne.

“Our Normanby Road project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, professionally managed rentals in well-connected urban locations,” he said.

“We take great pride in delivering this project ahead of schedule, a testament to the unwavering dedication and expertise of Crema Constructions and their on-site teams.”

Once complete, the build-to-rent community, located in Fishermans Bend, will deliver 237 new apartments with a mix of configurations and a host of top-quality resident amenities, just 2kms from Melbourne CBD.

Residents will enjoy a fully equipped gym, extensive wellness area with saunas and cold plunge, podcast rooms and co-working spaces, as well as a cinema, sky lounge, private dining room and barbecue areas.
