Brickworks Park neighbourhood is coming to life!

Works are progressing well at CDL Australia’s wholly owned project, Brickworks Park – a masterplanned neighbourhood in Brisbane’s inner north-west, located at the historic Brickworks site in Alderley.

Let’s take a look at some of the recent milestones achieved onsite!

Mason Residences

Apartments within the Mason Residences at Brickworks Park boast smart cross-flow designs that provide plenty of natural light and ventilation – similar to what you’d expect from a Queenslander Cottage. Thoughtful design ensures the residences have a clever integration between indoor and outdoor zones.

Progress is full steam ahead within the Mason Residences, with scaffolding now removed and unit fit outs completed. Defect rectification is in progress, as well as hard landscaping and the commissioning of services.

Hoffman Residences

Named after the Brickworks Chimney, which was also known as the Hoffman Stack, the Hoffman Residences are a collection of beautiful architecturally designed apartments infused with style and comfort. These spacious and functional apartments pay homage to the site’s history, with brick archways designed to bring the outdoors in.

In exciting news, the scaffolding at the Hoffman Residences is set to come down later this month, with balustrading and the final unit fit out work progressing in the upper levels. External walkway tiling is also progressing.

The Townhomes

Across Stage 2A and Stage 2B, works are progressing well, with settlements anticipated in the first half of 2026.

In Stage 2A, concrete slabs are completed, with significant progress to brickwork and roofing also.

In Stage 2B, concrete slabs are now more than 50% completed.

Luxury Amenities

Exclusively available to Brickworks Park residents, facilities within the masterplanned community include a spectacular Clubhouse Lounge, crystal clear swimming pools, a dog park and dog wash bay, art studio, basketball and netball hoops, a community vegetable garden, multiple barbecue areas, a well-resourced gym, an abundance of beautifully landscaped parklands and much more.

In the recreational pool area, steel framing has now been erected, with slabs poured and wall framing in progress.

In the activities area, the shed is complete and awaiting painting while the carwash and dog wash areas are currently having equipment fitted.
